kde3.5.2

Hello,
I am trying to compile kdebase with konstruct, and get
  "GAR!  Failed to download download/mDNSResponder-107.tar.gz!  GAR"
It is trying to download from "ftp//ftp.kde.org/pub/kde/stable/3.5.2/src/mDNSResponder-107.tar.gz".
Any suggestions?
