Autorun dialog pops up twice

For some reason when KDE finds an autorun.sh file on a newly inserted CD/DVD 
it pops up the ¨Do you want to run it¨ dialog TWICE, clicking yes twice ends 
up launching it a second time - is this a bug or a config issue or something 
wrong with how I am creating autorun.sh ?
