Konqueror context menu - how to change or add 'create new' templates?

The default templates are in `kde-config --prefix`/share/templates 
(or /usr/share/templates on some systems). The HTML source can be found in a 
hidden directory: .source . The *.desktop file points to that directory.

You can override or add items to make your own ~/.kde/share/templates 
directory like they are defined in the system wide directories.
