How to set "folder view" for media:/ url's in Konqueror?

The actual settings are save in a file called .directory
If the flash drive contains this file and it is readable by the user, than
the settings will persist every time you enter that directory

media:/ is not a directory it is a KIO slave so you can't really place a
file there.
