Who would know where the cursor context code lives?

Hi,

There is a bug in the dual head code that prevents the cursor from
making context sensitive changes in the second screen.  It is very
irritating.  I need a pointer or two about where to look for the problem.
Anybody here have any clues?  Thanks - Bruce
