kde mounting

I have an issue with the mounting architecture in kde 3.5 atm, when I
insert my usb disk I get a popup asking me to mount and an icon on my
desktop, both by the name massive, which is the name I want my disk to
have actually. However, if I press mount, it gets mounted as /dev/sda1
:( if I do it manually and do pmount-hal /dev/sda1 it gets mounted as
/media/usbdisk which is also wrong! I want kde to run pmount /dev/sda1
massive ! where does it get the name from in the first place, and why
isn't it used?
