Konq and java

Hi
I have had a number of problems with web sites that use java. Taking zoom.com 
as an example. Since I have enabled java script pop ups this site now comes 
up with java executable not found.  Before allowing pop ups the java part of 
the web page just showed a loading message.
Konq's java path is /usr/lib/SunJava2-1.4.2/jre/bin/java and both path and the 
file exist.
Any thoughts? (I hope)
