Konqueror doesn't show scrollbar in webpage

Hi all,

For some reason Konqueror 3.5.4 doesn't show a scrollbar if you visit
https://www.onlineaccommodation.soton.ac.uk

however, if you resize konqueror, it shows webpage correctly with the
scroll bar. Is this known?
