Autorunning programs for removable media - how do you change / delete them

Hi !
Responsible for that is the "HAL"-daemon (hardware abstraction layer). You can 
suppress it, to choose "do nothing" and save this option, or killing tha 
hal-process. 

I do not know, if this is a package, but I think, you can delete the start- 
or/amd stop-links or the script below /etc/init.d/.

If you use the second choice, use rcconf.
