well it just a start but the ingredients are there!

the script should do
1) detect if there is a konqueror instance in desktop number X (it could be 
some variations for the taste of everyone!!)
2) if yes get it's application name (is it simple to do, I don't know?) : 
konquero-xxxx
if no just open url in a new konqueror instance!
