Correction re installation of Quanta FC5 not FC4

Probably best to install Rex's KDE on Redhat package for Quanta.

But, to answer you implicit question, when you build something you need 
to install a *-devel RPM for the dependencies.  With KDE, this will 
probably be several packages.
