unlock screen password on wrong keyboard layout.

Hi,

KDE 3.4.1 configured to lock the screen after some time.
keyboard layout: English, Hebrew. Scope of layout is window. On toolbar 
there is a country flag.

If I have to leave and the window in focus is set on hebrew the unlock 
screen is in Hebrew therefore password fails. The layout button on this 
screen fails to change the language get "err" on it.

Is this a bug?
