kDE mail backup and transport to the other system

Dear Sir/Madam:

I am trying to backup my KDE Mails, address book and would also like to 
transport these information to the other PC.  I can't find these information 
from the help manual.   I would be very appreciate if someone can give me 
some help in this area.  Thank You in advance!
