tunnelling using fish://

Hello:

I discovered the fish:// ioslave a little while back (found it by reading 
Aaron J. Seigo's blog). I think its awesome to be able to have a nice Konq. 
UI of a remote PC. Anyway, I was wondering if it was possible to be able to 
create a tunnel using fish? When I'm out of the office, in order to access my 
desktop I have to tunnel from home, through the office fw and finally to my 
desktop:

home -ssh-> office fw -ssh-> office pc

is it possible to specify on the url the tunnel?
