KDE Menu Apps and Control Center Missing!

Still broken.

$KDEDIRS was not set.  I modified the ~/.kde/ file so it looks like
this:

export KDEDIR=/usr
export KDEDIRS=/usr
export XDG_DATA_DIRS=$KDEDIR/share:/usr/local/share:/usr/share
export XDG_CONFIG_DIRS=$KDEDIR/etc/xdg

I assume $KDEDIRS it should point to /usr - is that correct?

tsuther at angrybutler2:/etc$ echo $KDEDIRS
/usr
tsuther at angrybutler2:/etc$ echo $KDEDIR
/usr
