java, macromedia flash

...don't work on Konqueror on my system:
SuSE 9.3, KDE 3.4.1
BTW: Firefox works without errors.
Web page http://animal.discovery.com/convergence/pandas/pandas.html

doesn't works correct. When click link for WebCam konqueror closed without 
errors (with Mozilla works).
I cannot use Konqueror ion pages with Shockwave Flash.
I worite last time pige for example (www.fchn.org and then movies schedule). 
If i click reviews i get a message fscommand error if i going to site with 
Flash i don't see nothing. Doesn't work. With Mozilla i don't have these 
problems...
