looking for dcop signal

Hi.
I'm looking for a way to make a passive pop up.
The goal is to make a simple script to be executed when message comes to my 
inbox (and only inbox).

I'm subscribed to some high volume mailing lists and a wan notification only 
for messages which come to Inbox.
