Change the startup sound

Control Center -> Sound & Multimedia -> System notifcations.
Switch to KDE system messages and change the sound for startup

Or in a German KDe
Kontrollzentrum -> Sound & Multimedia -> System Nachrichten
"Quelle für das Ereignis" auf KDE-Systemnachrichten umschalten, Klangdatei für 
Ereignis "KDE startet" ändern.
