Konstruct question

Hi,
I' building KDE 3.4 Beta 1 with Konstruct.
Is there a way to make Konstruct use system libraries instead of downloading 
and building it's own (exept QT) ?
I noticed that it downloads and compiles glib,libxml2, ... etc.
I'm absolutely sure that i have these libraries on my system.
