Visual network traffic indicator

Hello,

I would like to know if there exists for KDE and / or Mandrake 9.2 a simple 
visual indicator of incoming and outgoing traffic through interfaces eth0 
etc. that could be put in some corner of the screen or docked into the panel.

The old RedHat distros included a display - I do not recall its name. It was 
very useful.
