Konqueror-toolbars moving around

I used to have my buttons (in my case: Back, Forward, Up, Home, Reload and
Stop) in the same row as my location-toolbar was. The buttons were on the
left, and the location-toolbar was on the right. I just noticed that for some
reason, the toolbars were separated on separate rows (which didn't look that
nice). After a bit of struggling, I managed to get them on the same row
again. But I noticed that if I reduce the horizontal-size of Konqueror even
by a just a small amount, the toolbars get bumbed back to separate rows.
IIRC, it didn't do that before. It's somewhat frustrating, espesially since
the location-toolbar has lots of empty space that could be reduced instead of
bumbing the whole toolbar to a new row.
Is there a way to lock the toolbars in the same row? Like I said, I think my
Konqueror used to keep the toolbars in their place, even if I reduce the
horizontal size of the Konqueror-window.
