Disable XF86AudioRaiseVolume?

KDE keeps stealing this keystroke and passing it to Kmix. I can't have it do 
that, because KMix is changing the wrong channel for my sound card. How can I 
stop KDE from stealing this key so I can properly use KHotkeys (which doesn't 
see it right now) to call aumix?
