nuvola icons in by default

Why not ship CystalGT or Noia both of which appear to be poular as far as 
downloads go or better still the updated Crystal SVG with the new koffice 
icons etc. Why not supply a whole CD full??
You could include a million icon sets but why bother when people can download 
them easily themselves.
