New tab problem

I assume you're running 3.4beta1. It's a known bug that has been fixed 
by now. You can close them in Settings->Toolbars, but they will 
continue to pop up. Simplest is to remove or rename the files 
<KDEDIR>/lib/kde3/libdomtreeviewer.[la|so]. Need to be root to do this.
