Control Bar wider than screen

Hello,

the German installation offers only:
"Add to Control-Bar"
"Remove from Control-Bar"
"Configure Control-Bar"

But I tried in frame "Length" option "adapt to given Length" and it changed!!!

OpenSuse10 uses kdebase3-3.4.2-27.2.
