How to make konq start on a page (not blank)

Open the page you desire as your home page and save it as your profile for 
say "webbrowsing". Next time when you launch konq with this profile your 
desired page will open.

I wish there were a better way to do this. ie. have different home pages 
profile specific. so the home button refers to home folder in the 
"filemanagement" profile and google while in the "webbrowsing" profile. but 
this is the best i could do.
