Strange encoding in Kmail

And to make sure Rikard could look at the source code of a letter from the 
list and search for a line in the headers specifying the "Content-Type" and 
"charset".

Furthermore the quote in Rikard's mail is shown correctly if one manually 
tells KMail to use one of the codings ISO-8859-1, ISO-8859-15 or Windows-1252 
(and NOT utf-8).
