double loading of web page when going through <alt-f2> - run?

i have strange problem.
there is a site which shows only new information for particular user.
after entering the site, it checks it there are any new newses and shows
them. in other case - it just prints "no new newses".

i noticed, then when i do: alt-f2 (run a command) and enter url to this
site - there is always "no new newses".
cheking further, i found out, that in fact there were two requests - one
right after another.
it doesn't work like this if i open konqueror, and type the url in
address place.

what's wrong? how can change this? should i fill bug report?

versions.
kde 3.3.2 from debian unstable (same things happens on debian testing.
everything under linux.
