.h files missing in source kdelibs-3.3.0

Hi,

I'm compiling kde-3.3.0 just now.
It stops at kdelibs-3.3.0/kstyles/kermik:
Error: keramikrc.h not found: in file keramik.cpp: #include
"keramikrc.h"

Indeed, the file keramikrc.h isn't actually there. (and nowhere in the
source package)

Just a .h file missing? I (re)downloaded the source on
ftp://ftp.kde.org/pub/kde/stable/3.3/src/kdelibs-3.3.0.tar.bz2

It happened once before (in the same library), just uncommented the
include in the cpp file. (may be obsolete)
This time it's not going to work.

Strange. It's already been compiled once by others, so this error should
already have been found?

Trying to ignore kstyles/keramik just now to continue.
