mailing list filter in kmail doesnt work

I created a folder to receive email from a mailing list.
Then i right click in the email that are in the folder Received, so right 
clicked then clicked in Create Filter -> Filter in 'Mailing List' and the 
filter was created to move the messages that come from that mailing list to 
another folder.
But i continue to receive messages from the mailing list and arent going to 
the other folder i choose, staying all in the folder Received.

Why isnt the filter wotking?
Any help?

PS: im using kde-3.2.3, kmail-1.6.2
