How do I set up Multiple monitors so that I can move windows in between them.

OK, I'm running Gentoo Linux 2.6.7-r14 and kde3.3.1, and I have two
monitors. The monitors them selves are running fine, it's just that I
want to be able to move windows in between them. so that I can drop
processes in the second one, and still work on the first.

BTW: one is running at 1600x1200 and the other at 800x600.
