You can use the KDE "Info Center", which on my system at least is located
under the "System" menu. If you can't find it there, try:
Alt+F2, then enter "kinfocenter" and hit OK.
Once in the Info Center, go to the "Protocols" section and you will see
all kinds of information about kio slaves available on your system.
