Where to activate KDE sounds on Mandrake 10.0 ?

Hi John. Open up the KDE Control Center, and expand the "Sound & Multimedia" 
selection from the side menu, then select "System Notifications". To enable 
every sound effect, check the check box for "Apply to all applications", then 
click "Turn on all sounds".
