windows resize

I don't see the setting you mentioned, I'm using SLES 9 running KDE 3.2
When I right click on the windows title I can choose configure window
behaviour, but there are no options regarding window resize.
By individual window I can right click, advance and turn off window border.
This stop windows resize but also stop window movement.
There must be a way to do this.
