bug in moving/overwriting a FOLDER

No, there is no fix.

You can NOT do this on the command line in Linux, therefore you can NOT do it in 
Konqueror KFM.

Older versions of KDE allowed you to attempt to do this, but since it didn't 
work, that *was* a bug.
