HELP !!!

Hello

I'm running redhat 9 and I'm not sure which KDE but it's the one that came
packaged with redhat 9. Now when I went to freshmeat.net and downloaded some
themes onto my computer system. I go to the start menu and then control
panel and then TO themes. I can not install any additional themes? this is
becomming VERY frustrating can you please help me?
