About KDE 3.2.1 on Fedora Core 1

Hello, Everyone :)
I am assuming that since no one has looked at the above mentioned bug,
that everyone that complained about the problem referred to in this bug
is reporting their issues to another bug on the same subject.  If so,
please let me know where I can locate that bug report, so I can do what
I can to get this problem fixed :)  I got tired of the missing icons, so
I reinstalled KDE-3.2.0 :(  (I do love KDE, and KDE 3.2.0 is wonderful,
but I wanted to upgrade to 3.2.1)
