Minimize/Maximize Sound Effects

All,

So my KDE desktop (3.2.1, Fedora Coer 1) insists on making sound effects 
every time I minimize or maximize one of my running programs.  Any idea 
how I can modify this behavior?  Thanks, in advance. :)
