Konqueror Javascript Prompt

Is there a setting to allow a javascript prompt to submit an empty value? In
konqueror, if the entered value is an empty string, the "OK" button is greyed
out. However, it's perfectly acceptable to submit an empty string (or even
just spaces) in a javascript prompt. (Konqueror doesn't let you submit only
spaces either.)
I like the idea of validating the prompt, but is there a setting to turn that
off (I am visiting a site where it is required in some places to submit
prompts as empty strings to delete values)
