KDM closing connection menu item

On an older version of KDE (3.0), remote connections (xdmcp or even VNC)
to KDM offer "Close Connection" in the KDM Menu drop down. I can't seem
to get this in the 3.2 KDM I'm running now (Just shows session types sub
menu). Is that an option in kderc I'm missing? I can't find anything
relevant in the old kdmrc I have.
