Wishlist: Help text revised (RANDR)

The text shown in kcontrol/display/size & orientation if RANDR is not 
available should be revised to include a statement about X server 
configurations where RANDR is not supported such as Xinerama and 
MergedFB mode. Users might easily get confused if they already run 
XFree86 4.3 and still don't get RANDR support.
