Konqueror denies certification

In my current business environment I cannot use the konqueror. I do not get the certification through. This has been the same in KDE 3.1 and 3.2. I get
  Certificate Singing authority is unknown or invalid

However, other (i.e. netscape based) browsers can be enabled and work fine.

How can I make the konqueror accepting the certificate ?
