Prob installing KDE3.2 RPMs on RedHat9.0

First problem, I presume that you already have a previous version of KDE on 
your system.  Therefore, you need to UPGRADE NOT INSTALL.

	rpm -Uvh *.rpm

try that and post what you get.  This should fix part of the problems.
