KDE Won't Fully Load

I'm using KDE on OpenBSD 3.4. When I type the command startkde, I get error 
messages, as follows:

(EE) Unable to locate/open config file
(EE) Error from xf86HandleConfigFile()
Fatal Server Error No Servers Found

How do I fix these problems?
