dcop questions

I have a couple dcop questions:

1- where can I find a good how-to on dcop

2- I made a script to open/place multiple konsoles with multiple sessions.
It works, but I also would like to 
a- set the minimum height permanantly (it change back to 72 when I change 
desktop and I'd like to have 40)
b- remove the window decoration automaticly (I dont want to click and 
choose...)
c- it would also be cool to place non kde application such as gaim and remove 
window decoration around them.
