Impossible to open Audio CD's

Im very Disapointed...
I use Mandrake10.0 Powerpack with kde3.2.3
In Konqueror is impossible to load a music (audio) CD!
I thought that maybe would be damage  the cd, but after tried about 10 audio 
cd's, and that in Windows all these cd's are well loaded...
Why this happens? Any help to fix it?
