(Konqueror)How to add "Icon View" and "Detailed List View" to the Toolbar

Hey Stolz,

I know this isn't exactly what you're looking for and I'm not sure how to
restore those icons but you can still obtain the same view by going into
View-> View Mode.  Hope this helps.
