cannot move cursor with left/right arrows

Hi
since a few days now, i cannot move my cursor using the left/right 
arrows in
any application. I need to press ALT-LEFT or ALT-RIGHT to move my cursor. I
probably changed something but I don't know what.

Does anybody have an idea?
