KMail and UTF-8 II

I posted a few days ago about KMail not showing properly the UTF-8 mails, that 
was solved by simple going to the menu View->Set Encoding and choosing auto 
instead of Wenstern blah blah (in some cases I had to force UTF-8).
Now, I have a problem, it keeps going back to Wenstern instead of Auto, how do 
I make it stay in Auto or UTF-8 ?
