Screen-saver causes a logout in KDE 3.2.2

Hi,

I recently upgraded my System to SuSE 9.1 and the upgraded to KDE 3.2.2 (from 
SuSE). After this upgrade my screen-saver started to act strange. I've 
configured my screen-saver as "Random" and sometimes (~5% of the time) when 
my screen-saver starts it logs me out and all my running applications get 
closed (as the should by a logout). This is really annoying. Has someone a 
suggestion on what could be wrong and where to start searching.
